IDI OE Replacement VGT Turbochargers isn't just a replacement.  Our VGT Turbochargers are improved with our exclusive CAE Billet Wheel design.  What does that mean for you? Improved power throughout your engines power band, by moving more air at a higher volumetric rate then the competitors.  That translate to quicker spool up of the turbocharger which makes it easier for you to haul those heavy loads.  Our turbochargers crafted in house using the latest in Haas Automation and DMG Mori equipment.  

Features of our VGT Turbochargers:

• The Billet VGT nozzle assembly is machined from a chromium material which 35% stronger then what the market has to offer. It can take more heat cycles due to the metallurgy.  
• Our exclusive Billet Compressor Computer Aided Engineered wheel design through NREC.   
• Heavier duty turbine housing casting to battle the hot to cold temperatures and extreme operating temperatures.  
• Improved Dual Hydrodynamic Bearing System with a stronger alloy steel thrust bearing to take the everyday harsh conditions. 
• VSR Balanced and includes VSR chart.
